QuillBot Alternatives 2026

QuillBot is a paraphrasing and writing tool with a humanizer mode. This page lists the standalone humanizers in our 2026 catalogue that a QuillBot user might compare it with, the figures each one publishes, and the conflicts in the published results. It does not rank these tools, and it does not say any of them passes an AI detector.

Short answer

Our catalogue has two standalone humanizers that a QuillBot user could compare: Undetectable.ai and WriteHuman. We read both official sites on 2026-10-14. Each one also appears in published results that contradict each other, so we cannot say either tool is better than QuillBot, and we cannot say either is worse.

Compare them on things you can check yourself: the operator named on the vendor site, the price on the checkout page, the word limit on the plan you would use, and the rules of the school or employer that will read the text. We did not test any of these tools. None of them can promise that text will pass an AI detector.

Options in the 2026 catalogue

The table lists the catalogue entries we compare with QuillBot. Positions are catalogue slots, not quality verdicts. The methodology is on the Spec page.

option slot conflict record pricing
Undetectable.ai 2 3rd/14 vs 11th/11 vs 79.7% free start; paid tiers (official FAQ)
WriteHuman 3 1st/14 (self-run source) $12 · $19 · $39 per month

Which option fits which need

Undetectable.ai

Pick it when you want a paid humanizer with a free start and a named operator. Its official site names Undetectable Inc. in Sheridan, Wyoming, says you can start for free, and says paid plans unlock higher limits (V2). The published results for it conflict. One benchmark run by a competitor, WriteHuman, puts it 3rd of 14 with a score of 71.18 (F2). A benchmark with an unnamed operator puts it 11th of 11 with a score of 33.60 (F3). An unsigned Substack review gives 79.7% (F4). We do not report any bypass figure as fact.

WriteHuman

Pick it when you want the plan prices before you sign up. WriteHuman’s official site lists Basic at $12, Pro at $19 and Ultra at $39 per month, shown on the annual-billing view (V3). Its homepage cites a first place in HumanizerBench. That benchmark says WriteHuman runs it, so treat the first place as the vendor’s own claim (F2). In a second benchmark with an unnamed operator, WriteHuman placed 7th of 11 with a score of 75.06 (F3).

How to compare in one trial

Use the same short passage that you wrote yourself on QuillBot and on one option from the list. Compare the changed meaning, any invented facts, the word limit on the plan you would really use, and the price on the checkout page. Then read the rules of the school or employer that will receive the text. A tool that reads well is not thereby allowed, and a detector score is not proof of anything.

Limits of this page

This page is not affiliated with QuillBot, Undetectable Inc., WriteHuman, or any other tool named here, and it is not an official page. Each claim names its source in the Spec and the fact register.

FAQ

Is Undetectable.ai a good alternative to QuillBot?

Our record cannot answer that. The three published results for Undetectable.ai conflict, and its official site gives no performance claim we can verify. What we can confirm is the operator name and that a free start exists (V2). Run the same sample through both tools and judge the output by reading it, not by a bypass score.

Which of these alternatives is cheapest?

Only WriteHuman has plan prices in our record: $12, $19 and $39 per month on the annual-billing view (V3). Undetectable.ai’s official site says paid plans exist but gives no figure in our record. QuillBot’s Premium price is covered on the QuillBot review on this site.

Can any of these tools guarantee that my text passes an AI detector?

No. Our record contains no evidence that any of these tools can guarantee that outcome. The detector research we hold, including the 2026 study in the International Journal for Educational Integrity (F5), measures detectors on humanized text. It does not show that a given humanizer gets past them. Check the policy of the school or employer before you use any of these tools.
